Returns will only be accepted for un-opened and un-used products within seven (7) days from the date of purchase of your product. If you would like to return your product, please contact customer service at email@example.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any Refund associated to a return will be processed upon receipt and review of the returned product. Please allow 5-7 business days for any refund to be processed upon receipt of the returned product.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to return your most recent unopened product for a refund, you MUST contact customer service first and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the package BEFORE you return to get a proper refund. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. "Return to sender" only accepted with a valid RMA number. Please ask Customer Service for the proper return address. Please keep in mind that your package needs to be returned to us within 30 days from the day you receive your RMA, or you will be issued a 70% refund for the RMA. RMA numbers DO expire.
