Domestic Shipping:

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME: All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES: All orders within the continental United States receive FREE FedEx Standard Ground Shipping, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days. If you wish to have expedited shipping, shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Fed-Ex Two Days (2 business days) and Fed-Ex Next Day options are available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

SHIPPMENTS TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES: TheQCup.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES: TheQCup.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

DAMAGES: In the event that your product is received damaged, TheQCup.com will work with you to remedy the situation. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as we may request photos for the purpose of filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping:

Shipping rate for International and NON-continental United States order will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Before ordering, please be familiar with your local laws pertaining to the importation of these types of products. TheQCup.com is not liable for any products that are confiscated by your local customs agencies as a result of local laws, and in the event that the product is not received, your order will not be refunded.

Additionally, TheQCup.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Returns

Returns will only be accepted for un-opened and un-used products within seven (7) days from the date of purchase of your product.  If you would like to return your product, please contact customer service at qcup@hcmc1.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Any Refund associated to a return will be processed upon receipt and review of the returned product.  Please allow 5-7 business days for any refund to be processed upon receipt of the returned product.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to return your most recent unopened product for a refund, you MUST contact customer service first and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the package BEFORE you return to get a proper refund. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. “Return to sender” only accepted with a valid RMA number. Please ask Customer Service for the proper return address. Please keep in mind that your package needs to be returned to us within 30 days from the day you receive your RMA, or you will be issued a 70% refund for the RMA. RMA numbers DO expire.
